Maureen Pabian - Partner/Owner ABOUT ME I moved to California from Florida in 1984. After spending many years as a business owner, I decided to change fields and obtained my California Real Estate License in 1990. As my Degree is in Mathematics, it seemed a natural match for me to use my Real Estate License as a Mortgage Professional. Since that time, I have helped many people realize their dream of home ownership. I now teach people everything they need to know about buying a home, in my monthly “HOME BUYER SEMINAR”. Many people don’t realize how easy it now is to purchase a home and that they don’t need thousands of dollars for a down payment. There are many programs available where a home can be purchased for little or even no down payment. In many cases, I can even arrange for the seller to pay the closing costs. I also work with people who want to improve their finances. Refinancing a mortgage to a lower rate, paying off high interest credit card debt, home improvement loans, second mortgages or equity lines of credit are a few of the ways I can educate people on the best solution for their individual situation. I like to stay abreast of all the latest trends in the Mortgage Industry and spend considerable time and resources at continuing education courses and Industry Seminars. I served on the Board of Directors of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers during 1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002 fiscal years. I served as President Elect in 2003-2004. I am currently Chapter President 2004-2005. I am committed to providing the highest level of personal service and in doing so, build most of my business by referrals.
